Kleetus Posted October 16, 2015 Share Posted October 16, 2015 Brand new user but semi pro musician. Just got a manufacturer refurbished HD500x. If I am on preset A and change banks, everything is great and I can switch patches, use looper etc. If I am on any other preset B-D and change banks, FS5 will not activate patch A. Even if I switch to patch B-D, A will still not activate. This seems to only be rectified by pressing FS2, then FS5 will start working again. Anyone have this issue?This affects using patch A and the looper rec/dub. I am considering returning the unit to Pro Audio Star for a refund. I have only had it two days. I did update ALL firmware and the problem persists. I love the tone but this is not working right. Anyone?? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The only thought that comes to my mind is the switches need cleaning (which you can search in the forums here about how to do that), but that doesn't explain why it works on some patches but not others.
