PiFromBRC Posted March 11, 2016 Share Posted March 11, 2016 I sent my Helix down to L6 due to a second incident of Strip Wonk. I've attached an image here. Has anybody experienced this intermittent issue? They can't reproduce it, and it has only happened twice, but I don't want it to happen in a clutch situation.I boot up the unit and it goes to the last used preset. The strips are either blank or have the wrong label on them. Note that the preset still plays and the assigned foot switches still have their active/inactive color rings going on.
