ezaz
Hi I am using the pod HD 500X in combination with the L2t. I know that there are several switches on the L2t to put it on keyboards, electric guitar, acoustic guitar etc. Normally I set an amp and a cabinet already in the Pod HD. Is it still a logic thing, to set the L2t to electric guitar wich should imitate a cabinet, or is it better to put it to PA sound or playback or whatever? What would you guys advice? uartist
HelloI use the HD500X as (full) modeller ... ie: the sound is determined by the HD500X ... in conjunction with my Variax guitar i use both - electric and acoustic - guitar sounds ... therefore for me: the L2T must - as neutral as possible - amplify the signal coming from the HD500X .. Conclusion (for me): L2T in PA / Reference mode
Rewolf48
It the HD signal is going anywhere else - PA or to be recorded then you should use PA Mode. Electric Guitar (or any of the other modes) make changes to the sound that is not accessible from any electrical out (not on Mix Out), so the only way to record or reinforce what you are hearing is to mike up the L2t which is not easy because of the two speakers
