jwb63 Posted September 30, 2016 Share Posted September 30, 2016 I just received my Helix Rack Unit today and I installed the 2.01 Version. It seemed to update the Helix just fine. However, there is no "Editor" anywhere on my computer. I've searched the entire computer and it's nowhere to be found. I followed the download update to the letter, so I am somewhat confused and disappointed. Any ideas as to why it appeared to update the Helix Rack, but didn't include the Editor? silverhead Posted September 30, 2016 Share Posted September 30, 2016 The Editor is a separate download. You'll find it by selecting Helix in the Software (not Products) filed on the Downloads page. How exactly did you update the Helix? If you followed the installation instructions the Editor should have been the first download you made. After downloading run the Helix app/editor installer and also install the driver and the latest version of Line 6 Updater. When I got the Helix Rack there was no quick start guide, so I just tried to find info on the website. However, there was info all over the place.
