I created support ticket for this but im sure it doesn't hurt to ask. I have no sound coming out of helix. Tried xlr, 1/4", l6 link. Nothing. Input must be ok cause tuner is working. Tried reboot, that didn't work. Has anyone had an issue like this?

I ve tried so many things. I m using l6 link so i ve usually got the out set to digital. I ve tried different presets in diff setlists. Same issue. I didn't know you could mute an output. Also I always have inputs set to guitar. This happened last night. Didn't change anything. I was using helix for rythym parts in pro tools(xlr outs). All was good, went upstairs for a few minutes, came back and couldn't get any sound. Disconnected xlr s, tried playing through l3t and got same results

Could this be the volume on the expression pedal spontaneously dropping to 1% bug? Probably suggesting the obvious but check your preset routing, input/output blocks and of course any cabling. Did restarting the Helix fix the issue?

Also, i get sound when playing through tuner but thats it.

Again, probably stating the obvious here. First make sure you have your presets and IRs backed up. Run the global reset process (FS 9&10), it sounds like you already reverted your firmware back. Next, reduce things down to the simplest signal chain possible. I would start with just a guitar to the input and headphones. Gradually reconnect pieces and try to identify when things break down. Good luck, I hope it is just a firmware or settings issue or a bad cable as some here have found to their dismay after checking everything else under the sun.
