erikconcha
I just noticed my audio interface mixer software had the all the analog & DAW inputs panned to center. For example, my analog inputs 1 & 2 would be paired for stereo but each channel is setup for center. I changed panning to hard left and right and now the audio is in true stereo.... The question I have for this forum is how do you guys set your Helix panning outputs when creating presets for recording or live performance? Do you use A path with center panning or prefer A + B path with some combination of left and right panning?
Digital_Igloo
For recording I print to two tracks—one set to inputs 1/2 stereo (Multi Output of Helix) and another set to 7 mono (by default, the dry unprocessed guitar signal. Logic assumes any stereo inputs to be panned hard left, hard right.
