Ceeph
Podfarm DI-G in the effects loop of my tube amp? I want to use it basically as an effects pedal with patches that dont have an amp selected but the effects I want such as delay or octave etc... I am not sure about the output levels from the DI going back in to the power amp section of my amp and I don't want to just try it and fry my amp. BillBee
TBH my man if you keep the output level on the TP low you won't fry your hearing. Its been years but I used to output it into the front end of an amp for monitoring. Its going to be a PITA having it slaved to the 'puter just for fx. Just saying. ;)
Ceeph
Yeah I know it will be a PITA. Just wanted to try it until I get my pedals. Hard for someone on a budget to get all the pedals you need in one go especially since I just purchased the amp. I got the amp, a distortion pedal and reverb pedal but I need (want) chorus, delay, wah ,comp and phaser.
Merkury
I personally wouldn't do it... unless you have a D.I.
