I have installed the latest drivers and have tested usb port with known working devices but every time I connect my HD500x I get Unknown Device error message. Please help. bjnette Posted June 7, 2017 Share Posted June 7, 2017 Were the latest drivers installed under Win 10? I presume you are trying to get it recognized as an Interface? And that it was working before Win 10? Have you been able to make it work in EDIT.? I might suggest that you check you have the latest of everything in software including Monkey and EDIT and download those and the drivers. Another point will be the Flashware in the HD. Chicko_17 Posted February 22, 2021 Share Posted February 22, 2021 I had this thing working with Line 6 podhd500x edit on my laptop (Acer Aspire Ryzen 3), but it doesn't work on my pc. they're both on windows 10.
