RipperShred Posted September 24, 2013 Share Posted September 24, 2013 Because it doesn't need the bandwith; usb 3 has something like 600plus mb/sec, usb 2 like 300 or 400 mb/sec, and guaranteed you're not using anywhere near the bandwidth allotted by USB 2.
