Triryche
+1 to Zap. In the event you needed to download something outside of Monkey, in the drop downs there are 3 categories, Product, Software, and OS, specifying each one will render the most recent version of whatever you're looking for.

Zgarzan
Hi, I have a smilar problem, but Monkey didn't help here. I installed the latest usb drivers via Monkey, plugged in the POD and connected it to the PC, however Monkey still doesn't see any device. In my control panel I see the XT Live in the devices menu. The system shows the device has a problem with the driver, it doesn't allow me to choose a driver of my own though. Also, I'm a bit confused because the "Updates" tab in Monkey shows the drivers are still not installed (a big fat "No" in the "Installed" column). I have installed the drivers package several times, rebooted, used another USB cable. My PC runs on Windows 8.1. Any help will be greatly appreciated. TheRealZap
have you tried different usb ports?
Zgarzan
Yes, both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0. Just to be more precise, let me add that in the control panel where I see the XT Live in the devices menu, when I try to reinstall the driver on my own, choosing the folder containing the downloaded driver I get a “acces denied†response from the installer dialog box. To make things worse, I just connected a PODxt and Monkey recognized it at once. It works perfectly well as audio input and output device with the same PC. I don't think that might have anything to do with it, but can the problem be caused by the previous Xt Live owner not unregistering the product?
