sixstringmadness
So I reformatted my HDD on the new PC I recently purchased(it's a beast by the way) because the RAID-0 setup wasn't configured correctly. Prior to reformatting, I authorized this PC on my license manager. After reformatting, the License manager says that I have reached the 10/10 lifetime authorizations. EVEN THOUGH IT'S THE SAME PC. I have spent THOUSANDS with Line 6 in my 20 years of playing guitar. This is highly unacceptable that they only allow me to have 10 LIFETIME devices. People buy new equipment. You guys want me to spend more money on stuff I've already bought because I decided to upgrade my PC setup? Unbelievable. As much as it pains me to think about, but as an extremely loyal customer; if this isn't properly resolved I will be leaving Line 6 for good. phil_m
Open a support ticket, and CS will take care of it for you: http://line6.com/support/tickets/add.html The lifetime devices thing is anti-piracy measure, and not meant to limit the installs of actual owners. They will reset it for you as long as it's registered to your account.
