I modified and stored some custom patches, then realized the Firmware on the unit is 2.12.2. I want to update to the latest, 2.21, but the release notes for 2.21 say I need to backup my patches with the version of Helix Editor that matches the FW version, since they will be lost when I do the required reset. I can't find a Helix Editor 2.12 in the support Downloads section. What do I do? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
phil_m Posted September 18, 2017 Share Posted September 18, 2017 There was no 2.12 editor... 2.12 was a hotfix firmware, so it would work with the 2.11 editor. You actually would probably be OK just installing the latest version of the editor and backing your presets with it prior to doing the update.
