When trying to download the 2.30 Firmware for the "Helix" I get this: XML Parsing Error: not well-formedLocation: http://l6c-acdn2.line6.net/media/software/7855/HELIX_Floor_f045daafb_bundle.hxfLine Number 1, Column 5:FORM This appears to be browser and platform agnostic. phil_m Posted November 27, 2017 Share Posted November 27, 2017 You don't need to download the firmware, at least not directly. Just run the Line 6 Updater application and follow the prompts, and that will send the firmware to the Helix. Follow the instructions regarding creating a backup of your unit prior to updating.
