d0stenning
Speaking ofL6-Link between HELIX & PowerCab Plus: Will it - now/in future - allow similar control between HELIX>PowerCab as MIDI? There doesnt seem to be much information on just how tight the comms and control between HELIX and PowerCab Plus can be using L6 Link. Is this something that is planned to be improved in the future (to Mr Digital Igloo or L6 product managers ) ?
jbuhajla
Looks like there is already MIDI on the plus, perhaps for calling up presets. This is what the Line 6 website says: The Powercab 112 Plus not only responds to MIDI Program Change messages, it also supports Control Change messages, allowing complete remote control over various global functions and settings, as well as extensive preset editing capabilities. I know this but i'm asking whether similar kind of control can be applied via L6-Link , not via the MIDI connectors. Its possible the L6-Link actually uses the MIDI protocol and similar MIDI messages of the kind above ignorer to control whatever is at either end but I just don't know.
