canon5d8
I have a micro spider without warranty. I connect two small speaker (4ohm, 5w, 2inches) on left (B) and right (C) each side, and the original speaker (A) at the middle. So, my micro spider has 3 speakers. See the diagram. Also, I add one swith to control on /off the two small speakers. Now, my micro spider is working fine. The sound is good at the 70% volume. Some bad noise will come If the volume over 70%. I hope my micro spider can be work for 5 years more. Please give me your comment or advice for me.
psarkissian
You have an impedance mis-match, it wasn't designed for that. It's why you're only getting 70% volume.
canon5d8
Thanks for reply. I did that because the sound field will be more wide. You know sound come out from left, middle and right. So what should I do to improve it? Change both small speakers to 8 ohm each? So, alll speakers are 8 ohm? Thanks
