markpsteel Posted June 12, 2018 Share Posted June 12, 2018 I'm a new Line 6 user and just started using the HX Effects unit and HX Edit software. Managed to load the HX Edit software, the Line 6 updater software and updated the HX Effects unit firmware to 2.54. I had the Code 8606 error when trying to backup the unit, but resolved that using the factory preset reset... it wasn't an issue, I had no user presets at that stage. I'm probably doing something silly, but I'm completely stuck trying to use the HX Edit GUI to access the Signal Flow Window. The Librarian Window appears when the program starts, so I can see the Preset and Impulse lists, switch between them and scroll up and down, but cannot switch to the Signal Flow Window - I've tried using the Tab key as suggested in the Pilots Guide... it just doesn't work! I've tested the Tab key in word processor... it's working fine. I'm using MS Windows 10.... Any suggestions why I can only see the Librarian Window and how to access the other windows would be greatly appreciated....
