rkl1016
Started a show and the other guitarists G10 was coming through my G10. I unplugged power then restored. My guitar started going through his rig after that. We have used these units for months and never had a problem until now. What could have caused this??? phil_m
Both transmitters were simply using the same channel. You both need to make sure you go through the pairing process. Take the first one, plug it into the base for 15 seconds so it finds the best channel and then that one is set. Plug that one into whatever instrument will be using. Do the pairing process with the second one, only after the first one is finished.
meltingmark
We are using 4 - G10's in our band. Randomly they seem to cross frequencies and pair up to the wrong receiver.. We re-seat them when this happens, but it could be IN THE MIDDLE of a song. Very annoying! Especially when the gain on a channel jumps. Any one else experiencing this? Any suggestions? We love these units, but would like to avoid this issue.
