I have an LT- haven't been able to register/update/use HX edit etc with my PC. I have the following:

 

Gateway Intel Core i3 processor

OS- Win7

1TB HD

6GBDDR3 ram

 

I can use an HP tablet with win8, but would rather use the PC. Any ideas why I can't do this? I've tried multiple USB ports.

Thanks for any help.
