How to get this clean sound?

The band is the wonderful Mooncake out of Russia and the song is Dimension of Miracles. You can really hear the tone Im after at 0:16 and even better at 7:58.

I see the guitarist plays some sort of brown fender amp and what appears to be the Classic 72 Telecaster deluxe.

I have been trying to reproduce that big, strong, "bell like" tone that he is achieving, but I can't quite get it. His tone seems more "round" and solid and 3D than the tones I am creating. Plus his tons have some overtones or something that ring along with each note he plays. I come close to the actual tone, but not the punch and clarity and roundness.

I'm not sure if it's some combination of compressor/boost/EQ/Amp Setting that I'm unaware of. I know it's possible in the Helix (all things seem possible with the Helix), but I can't quite get there. Placater clean gets me close, the fender models I have tried all sound flimsy and hollow and without attack and presence in comparison to the tone that guitarist gets. I can get tones that I like (and even LOVE in some instances), but I would love to add that beautiful clean tone to my arsenal. Has anyone been able to get this "exact" tone? If so, would you be kind enough to share you tips. I play a Fender Telecaster Modern Player - (Maybe a guitar upgrade would help) into the Helix and out the headphone jack into Audio Technica ATH-M50X headphones. I also bought the OwnHammer CoreTone Bundle for some additional speaker options. If any of that info helps.....

I'd only use the EQ if needed, but you're chain is the right beginning... plus judicial amounts of delay and reverb.

Try the middle position for this tone.

BTW: That's a great piece of music, thanks for sharing!
