ToneJones Posted January 4, 2019 Share Posted January 4, 2019 My understanding is HX Effects is capable of 9 effects in a single preset. Assuming that is correct, could I use something like a Ground Control Pro in 4 preset/8 instant access mode and toggle individual effect blocks on/off using CCs? I checked the manual and it wasn't clear to me. I don't like having gear that could be subject to drunkards falling/spilling stuff on my pedalboard, I like to keep my cables runs short whenever possible, and I like the idea of having more foot switches available at my disposal. If I’m using a Ground Control Pro midi controller in the 4 preset/8 IA mode, is there a way to toggle on/off 8 discreet effects in a single preset using CCs? It seems I’m limited to FS1-FS6 though I understand you can assign more than one effect to a foot switch - that doesn’t accomplish what I’m looking for.
