ollerenshawian Posted May 8, 2019 Share Posted May 8, 2019 Hi, i have just received my new helix and feeling rather stupid as i can seem to get an output. guitar plugged into the 1/4" input. i have the Helix connected to my mac book pro via USB . i have iloud monitor speakers plugged into the headphone out on my MacBook. i have Amplitube and Garage band on my Mac and have tried setting Helix as the input device in both of these . should this setup work ? and how should i configure the outputs? sorry for these very basic questions but i am at a loss as to what to do next. hope someone can help getting me started . silverhead Posted May 8, 2019 Share Posted May 8, 2019 Connect your iloud monitors to the Helix outputs. When Helix is connected via usb it becomes your computer's soundcard.
