EmilyTupper Posted December 30, 2013 Share Posted December 30, 2013 I use pod farm 2 and every time I try and log on to line 6 monkey to check for updates I get a popup that reads: Login Failed Make sure you are connected to the internet Reason: (Code 800038C6) unknown service error occurred. Brandonvo5 Posted May 17, 2015 Share Posted May 17, 2015 Hi there I have just installed my line 6 POD Studio UX2 Upon opening the software it asks me to "simply run the monkey to authorise your UX2 and restart POD Farm2. I created the account. But now the issues start. When i click login i get the following error Login Failed Make sure you are connected to the internet Reason: (Code800038C6) Unknown server error occured I can assure you i have a stable internet connection, have allowed pop ups, disables firewall and antivirus and spyware.
