browsell
Hi I wrote a ticket and was passed on to Yorkville in Canada to make inquires. Have left messages for 3 days with no response. Is there anyone at your end that can give some advice on why I'm just getting a dull blue light when I power on unit. I was considering buying the Firefox 1500 watt amp but not sure now! Thanks Bill
browsell
This is all I'm seeing with the back cover off. Blue display on front is very dull with vertical lines where the info should be displayed.
browsell
When I push down control knob+FS2+FS3 at the same time and hit the power on switch I get a solid red light on the "A" foot switch?
Lukeb90
This is the exact same thing that is happening to me… Have you figured out the issue??
NucleusPrime
This sounds like a damaged, loose, or dirty internal SD card. You can try removing the SD card cleaning it and then reinserting it. This has worked for people in the past. If that doesn't work you could try a replacement SD card. You'll need to get one specially for the Firehawk FX from a Line6 parts supplier because there is no way to flash the firmware to the SD with it in the unit and I'm not aware of any PC software that can write the firmware to it directly.
