phil_m
Noisy in what way, exactly?
jvc123
When touched like a loud static
phil_m
Hmm... That's a new one. What do you have the Stomp connected to?
jvc123
Blackstar tube amp
jvc123
Its extremely odd. If I touch a switch with my finger it is noisy. If I cover the switch with a duster and touch it it's not!!

jvc123
Duster is a cloth.. Separate outlets

This is probably related to the capacitive touch feature. It seems like it's a ground loop of some sort, but there might be way to minimize it. Do you hear the noise with headphones? jvc123
I'm afraid I don't use headphones. I will try the same outlet.
jvc123
No difference I'm afraid. I will send it back. Not sure I trust getting another one.

Well do you have headphone that you could at least try? I think it's worth seeing if it's something unique with the amp or something with the Stomp itself... You could also try going to Global Settings>Footswitches and turning the Stomp Select parameter to "Press". That will turn off the capacitive touch feature. jvc123
I don't have headphones. Tried Global settings Footswitches. Does the same thing (noise ) in all settings
