Preferences >link MIDI >outport line6 hx stomp>track on and Sync on Do not check input, Sync. It will make hx stomp "Connection interrupred" In Hx stomp, select Golobal Settings>midi/tempo> Temop select >global Hx tempo will follow your live. Good luck! rd2rk Posted October 4, 2019 Share Posted October 4, 2019 Dunno about LIVE (live 10 Lite), I can't get it to record or play back to HX Stomp. Recording Audio is easy, but MIDI in Ableton is a problem. I'm using LIVE 10 Lite because I have no real need for Ableton, and no way I'll spend real money on the suite when Reaper does more easier than Ableton. Unless you're into EDM and need the clip grid function, which I simply channel into Reaper using Rearoute when I need it. If there's a trick to getting LIVE to record and playback MIDI, let me know. rd2rk Posted October 4, 2019 Share Posted October 4, 2019 Again, dunno about the "connection Interrupt" message, I'm not getting that. Not only haven't I been able to record Program changes in LIVE (piece 0' cake in Reaper), but according to the LIVE manual, there's no way to do that, and the only way to send a Program change is at the beginning of a clip, by entering it manually. Yes, that will send a PC at the beginning of a clip, but that's the only way I've found to do it. You can't record an extensive track with multiple Program Changes, and the manual method you've cited ONLY works at the BEGINNING of a clip. I searched the manual, and that's all I found.
