HD500X Massive Volume Difference When Footswitching Presets vs. HD Edit

I made a bunch of presets for a gig next week using HD edit and got all the levels right between each patch, however when footswitching the patches via the pedal, the volume is completely different compared to switching between presets in the software (as much as -7db between presets when initially they were exactly the same volume).

I'm not touching anything on the pedal other than the footswitches, and the input settings are all identical and set to global (have tried saving them per-preset as well). It's as though the presets are receiving a discrepant parameter change from either the pedal or the software when switching (there are no controllers/expression pedals on the presets either).
