PeteNJ75
Apologies if this has been discussed before but my Google searches weren’t coming up with anything definitive. My Helix Floor has been acting kinda buggy since I got it, and during a gig the volume once dropped significantly out of nowhere. I’m going to submit a ticket about that, but right now I feel like I should probably get a backup floorboard in case it completely craps out on me during a show. So my question is simply can I upload the exact same patches I’ve created on my Helix Floor (using HX Edit) to a Helix LT? I don’t think I want to splurge on another Helix Floor, so want something without all the bells and whistles as a backup, but I’m hoping I can have the exact same settings and patches available. Thanks!
rd2rk
Assuming simple routing no more than 2 FX Loops, no AUX or MIC in), AFAIK, yes.
SaschaFranck
Just to add this: The LTs stomp mode only allows for 8 stomps whereas the Floor allows for 10. I think you're losing the leftmost ones of each row, so in case you're using 10 stomp mode a lot (as I do), make sure you assign something not too relevant there. 1
