HailThePailWhale Posted April 8, 2020 Share Posted April 8, 2020 Hello, I'm having an issue where I can't use the Helix as both and Input and Output while connected to USB in windows 10. Only one will work at a time, never both simultaneously except once or twice where it's just happened to work. If I enable one, and go to device properties, it starts working, but my desktop audio will stop, same if I do vice versa. Any assistance or recommendations to fix this issue? The Helix is a fully compliant ASIO device which means the same device is used for both audio input and output simultaneously. With Helix connected via USB your internal computer soundcard is bypassed. You need to connect your speakers/headphones to the Helix outputs. Helix is default output, and I can hear it through my headphones, but my guitar as default input does not simultaenously work. Only one will work at a time....
