amgradmd Posted April 18, 2020 Share Posted April 18, 2020 Hi all. I bought the Fully Loaded HD model pack and cannot see the listed packs under license manager. I can see them listed under my computer but not the HD500X. I have deauthorized both and reauthorized them several times now. Used different USB cables and ports but the packs will not list under the HD500X to install in license manager. It's incredibly frustrating!! I have no reason to use them on my computer since I don't have POD Farm. ALL drivers/software/firmware is up to date. Can you only install them under either the computer OR the POD?? If so, how can I transfer? BTW, the POD otherwise works flawlessly and connects to and works with POD HD500X Edit perfectly well. Thanks in advance for your help!! hurghanico Posted April 18, 2020 Share Posted April 18, 2020 First advice: stop repeatedly authorizing and deauthorizing your stuff because there is a limited number of times you can do it, after which you'll have to ask the Line6 staff if they can give you further permissions to do it again.. Second: The License Manager is not the best program made by Line6, and it happens that even if the model packs are actually already installed/authorized in the device, you don't see them listed between the device add ons in the License Manager.. In order to see if the model packs are actually installed/authorized in your device the best and reliable method is directly on the device: press and hold the VIEW button to access the system settings and go to the last page, over there you will see listed what you have installed in your device, if you see your model packs listed nothing else to do is necessary. PS. hurghanico Posted April 18, 2020 Share Posted April 18, 2020 I have all the HD model packs (bought separately in different times, not the bundle) plus the model packs for the XTL and POD Farm. In the following pic you can see what I see in the License manager in regard to my computer: just the XTL and POD Farm model packs, and POD Farm and here what I see in regard to my HD500: you can see that the POD is authorized but the add ons are not listed at all, but I have them all in my devices and I use them without any issue. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ All about POD HD500/X help and useful tips Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

After more careful analysis/reasoning , the above reported sentences gave me a suspicion: isn't it that you bought the model packs for the previous generation of the POD instead of the ones dedicated to the HD series?
