bradmode Posted April 24, 2020 Share Posted April 24, 2020 Just got the Helix LT last friday. Downloaded all the software, updater, etc. everything worked flawlessly. After the update a couple days ago, the volume dial stops working intermittently, and sometimes there is no sound at all. (checked cables, volume knobs, etc.). have to reset to factory settings everytime for it to work properly. (still says FW 2.9 after wards..yes, the usb is connected to my pc during this) Running my outs via XLR into focusrite scarlett 18i8. Works fine Help please! thank you! Hang in there.......In the meantime, it's been said that if re-boot and don't touch anything for at least 30 seconds, that fixes some of these weird problems.
