Amplifi FX100 constantly trying to 'sync' with my iPhone? "Your presets are currently downloading"

Every time I try to do something on the Amplifi Remote app on my iPhone (6s) it tells me the following message:

"Please try again later. Your presets are currently downloading from your Amplifi FX100."

 

Anyone know why this is happening? FX100 is updated to latest firmware and I'm on iOS 12.1.2.
