tierzeit01
Hello, I have problems about the firmware update. Before updating I have to create a backup. But it doesn´t work. Message: Backup dialog not possible, click ok. But nothing happens.. Any idea? Thanks Peter
phil_m
That's odd. I wonder if it has something to do with user permissions on your computer and where you're trying to save the backup. I'd double check the folder in the "Where:" field in the backup window.

What firmware version is your Helix on how, and what version of HX Edit are you using?
tierzeit01
Hello, updated now from version 2.6 to 2.9. The solution for my problem: I had to reinstall HX Edit and now the popup window for backup appeared. Everything is working now and the latest version of firmware is installed. Thank´s for your help Peter
