TrashDog_1
Hello All, I am a newbie to the POD HD500X. Just purchased brand new. Its all registered. It came with a free download of the HD Bass Model Pack. I am trying to ascertain the names of the Bass Amps and cabinets in this Model Pack. License Manager shows them as installed. pianoguyy
The names that L6 uses in the unit is not the same as the "real world" names they are modeled after. More importantly, the LM says you have them. Does the unit say you have them?
hurghanico
There are not ready made presets, you can find the new models listed between all the other amp models when you build/edit a preset. the bass amps and their corresponding models are: Ampeg SVT Normal Ch. = SVT NRM Ampeg SVT Bright Ch. = SVT BRT GK Gallien-Kruger 800RB = G COUGAR 800 the bass cabs are: Ampeg SVT 8x10 = 810 SV BEAST Ampeg SVT 410HLF = 410 RHINO _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ All about POD HD500/X help and useful tips
TrashDog_1
Thank you both for responding. Sorry for the delay in responding. Pianoguyy...I was incorrect that the model packs were installed. They were downloaded and all I had to do was power cycle the unit for them to be installed. My bad on that. hurghanico...Thanks for helping me with the names. After your response I started to understand the names vs reality. Thank you both!!
