thumbshifter
I've had my G10S for a couple of weeks now. Used it at home and love it. So much freedom! Took it to band rehearsal this week - worked great there too. However, during our coffee break, I put the transmitter on charge as we weren't playing and got a terrible pulsing noise through my amp as it charged. My only solution was to turn the amp off... Any suggestions?

zaz090
I started this topic and I had the one that wasn't overheating and I thought I should update the firmware, mistake. Now it's all tweaked with it giving me solid red on the receiver and flashing red on the transmitter. When I first bought it, all the lights were working like it says in the booklet. You'd have green lights on the left to tell you how much charge and streaming flashing green lights on the receiver, that would stop rolling when it was charged. With lithium ion batteries, you want to turn off power asap or it will shorten the life of the battery. You can charge it at anytime. So now I have no way off telling if it's charged and when I just use it , I'm lucky to get a hour before it starts acting up. They sent me one that was already fixed and that's the one I'm talking about. My first one still works some but cuts out when I'm standing in front of my amp. I'm still under warranty and I'm going to be requesting a refund. With Bluetooth, my friend bought a transmitter you plug into amp and another into guitar and it works great. Now this is just at home but I see know problem with the Bluetooth one, and it cost a whopping 45.00. This has been a horrible ordeal and I'll never update anything that is working fine!!! Line 6 is still a good product but they dropped the ball on this one.

Any suggestions? Are you using the original 9v power supply from Line 6 with the RFI ferrite choke on the power cable?
thumbshifter
Possibly not... 9V chargers are a fluid thing in my life... Good idea though. I’ll track down the proper one for it.
joesaba1
I have the same problem with my G10S. I've gone back to using my G10 because it is so annoying during breaks. Does Line 6 have a solution?
