vanb777 Posted August 26, 2020 Share Posted August 26, 2020 I just receive my new HX Stomp today. The first thing I did was plug in and listen to some of the DIR presets... sounds great! Then I've only performed the first step of the manual... "Updating HX Stomp to the Latest Firmware". I downloaded the latest HX Edit 2.92 I took a backup Then I updated the firmware Upon the device rebooting, I see that all the presets no longer have description names such as "Pastor of Muppets". They are all just named "New Preset". Of course, this means I also lost the helpful prefixes to know if the preset is "FX", "DIR", or "4CM" How do I get the friendly preset names with the latest firmware?
