alexcaipi
Dear Community, i am quite new to recording and also to my Helix. So forgive me if the question is very dumb or was already asked. I could not find the answer for my problem in this forum yet. I have already recorded some RAW guitar tracks and want the sound and processing of my Helix. Helix Native is not an alternative for now because my current computer doesn´t support it. This has to wait until i have a new computer. So my idea was to redirect the already recorded raw tracks to my helix and let it do the processing and send it back to cubase. Directly to a new track with the Helix´s processing. Is something like this possible or is it dumb? I know that i can record Raw and processed at the same time but i could not figure this out. And yes i know i can just rerecord it but this would save me a lot of time. Thanks for advance and have a nice evening! Best regards Alex
phil_m
Yep... It's called re-amping. It's described on page 55 of the manual:
