jl2112 Posted November 3, 2020 Share Posted November 3, 2020 I currently have two Helix units both upgraded to 2.92. How have both units been through updates from 2.7 and one has 138 presets in 2 and the other has the 95 presets I hear about. Plus the presets are different between the two even in preset 1. Holding footswitch 7+8 on boot restores presets and setlists ”THIS WILL OVERWRITE ALL USER PRESETS AND SETLISTS That'll get you the complete v2.92 presets. Be sure to backup up any custom (your own) presets, and any presets from the previous versions that you want to keep, as they are not the same between versions. jl2112 Posted November 3, 2020 Author Share Posted November 3, 2020 I did back them all up but wasnt sure how one had old presets and the other got the newest ones that were there in at least 2.8 and I did nothing different each time.
