buffo75 Posted November 22, 2020 Share Posted November 22, 2020 Hi there, since I've installed the 3.0 I am experiencing freezing problem. Using windows 10, shows timeout warning and HX Edit gets gray and no longer available. Helix itself still changing patches but display and footswitched remainig frozen as well. rd2rk Posted November 22, 2020 Share Posted November 22, 2020 Did you update BOTH the FW and HX Edit to 3.0? IF YES THEN Check your USB cables. Make sure you're not using a hub - if the computer is a desktop use the rear USB ports. If that checks out, perform a backup and a factory reset.
