PerJak Posted November 28, 2020 Share Posted November 28, 2020 Hello, I have bought the Pod Studio Ux1 which comes with the Pod Farm 2 software. I have also bought the add-ons Gold Bundle, FX junkie, Heavy Guitar etc. However, when I go to 'Customtone' to download tones a lot of them don't work and amps and effects are blank and it says 'This model is not authorized to use with the connected device...' Triryche Posted December 2, 2020 Share Posted December 2, 2020 It may be the tones are using the Power Pack or Collector Classics add-ons which I do not think comes with the UX1. Or the Bass Expansion which for sure does not. Are you able to use models from your add-on bundle? If so then you know the UX1 is authorized.
