dtglassmoon Posted December 11, 2020 Share Posted December 11, 2020 Hi All My HX Effects unit is stuck in Bank mode so im unable to access Stomp Mode or Presets anyone here have a fix for this ? im currently 3.0 and have tried a Factory Reset but the problem remains ! phil_m Posted December 11, 2020 Share Posted December 11, 2020 I’m not sure I understand the issue. Does hitting the Mode footswitch not take you into Stomp Mode? dtglassmoon Posted December 12, 2020 Author Share Posted December 12, 2020 In this update when the two far left windows show the word Bank and you press the Mode Switch to go into Presets does it not show the words Preset in the 2 far left windows anymore ??? phil_m Posted December 12, 2020 Share Posted December 12, 2020 This has always been a global settings. You just need to change it back. Or, really, what you should do is go to File>Restore from Backup in HX Edit (per the update instructions) to get everything back in order. Cheers for the info It also occurs to me that you might be talking about having Stomp Mode set to 6 switches instead of 4. So in that same menu under global settings, make sure the Stomp Mode setting is set to "4 Switch" if you want to see the Up/Dn switches in Stomp Mode.
