connollymusic Posted January 3, 2021 Share Posted January 3, 2021 I'm liking the default presets through the headphones (Studio Direct setting) but I ran the Studio Direct setting into the fx return on an amp and it had way more tone than the setting suggested in the manual (Combo Pwr Amp). daveny5 Posted January 3, 2021 Share Posted January 3, 2021 No reason I can think of. Going that way you are bypassing the amp's preamp circuitry, but the PodXTLive has it's own preamp.
