waldenz Posted January 21, 2021 Share Posted January 21, 2021 Hello everyone. I have 2 Helix LTs that I updated the firmware on about a week ago. The updates went well and everything was working fine. I went to plug one of the units in on stage and it is now stuck on the logo screen with the text below that reads "Updating UI MCU Firmware, please wait. Do not power the unit off!"... I went through all of the footswitch combinations to reset and reboot but it will not boot up. Please see attached pic... Any thoughts? Hi, Usually the best thing to do, when the hardware glitches, is try the factory reset options. The downside to this is that every mention of this "Updating UI MCU Firmware, please wait. Do not power the unit off“ error has usually resulted in the user having to raise a ticket with Customer Services”. Sorry I cannot offer anymore by way of assistance.
