Firehawk FX - Stuck on User Amp

Evening All,

 

My Firehawk FX has started to play up, or it could be me not doing something right, either way I can't seem to figure it out.

 

Basically, the unit is stuck on 32C User amp. I can still use the up and down arrows to go through the other amps but when I say select Treadplate it just goes back to 32C User.

 

I've tried to do the factory rest by holding down the master volume and tap button whilst turning the unit on but this does nothing as well.

 

Anyone got any suggestions?

I suppose you could try installing a backup... perhaps patch 32C is corrupted and causing your problem... but that aside, a factory reset is generally the only other recourse an end user has to revive these kinds of devices when they crap the bed... if that's not working, then it's time to open a service ticket and see what they tell you.

Thanks for the reply.

 

Unfortunately no back ups. The User 32C patch was set up by a guy I know and he didn't fully know what he was doing but it seemed to work at the time. I updated the app on my mobile and this had a major update...not sure now if it is the patch or update that's causing the issue.

 

Reset doesn't work for some reason so how do I open a service ticket...apologies if I'm being a noob
