Hello Spanish..

Unfortunately, to effectively get to the microswitches area under the nav pad it is necessary to completely disassemble the device, there are many screws to unscrew and elements to fit together in the right way when reassembling everything. It takes some patience.

Using a good quality contact cleaner that won't damage plastic parts like Deoxit or isopropyl alcohol could help solve the problem if the microswitches are only dirty and aren't so worn that they need to be replaced.

It is important not to accidentally spray anything on the screen area which can be easily and irremediably damaged, one more reason to operate only with the device open and with precision only on the specific point.

In the following pic you can see the 4 nav pad microswithes on the right of the LCD screen, they are the ones around the white plastic pin

To disassemble (and reassemble) the device it takes time but it's all quite intuitive, to disassemble the bottom panel you don't need to unscrew the central screws but only the peripherals, and some screws require a torx screwdriver like the external ones around the screen and some of those in the rear panel. All the knobs need to be pulled away.

Good luck!
