I see that whenever I plug my pod HD 500x to the computer, it is all listed on the unit, but the second I unplug it, the tones are not available. Please Help. I have a bundle - model pack bundle, or 512 patches = 8 setlists = 1 bundle? 2. to download - questions will arise based on your answer #1. 3. have on my unit - which unit? 4. listed on the unit - which unit? 5. tones are not available - questions will arise based on how you answer #1.
