Ifeelfine
Hi all, Help Please: I bought this sometime ago, so I would appreciate help in setting it up. Give me a tape deck and I know what I'm doing, but I'm new to this kind of stuff, so some of the terminology is not obvious to me. When I bought this second hand, the guy I bought it from downloaded some software remotely etc. But that was several OS's ago so that won't be on my current W10 PC. My initially goal is to be able to play some guitar into the PC via this pod and record it. Many thanks.
daveny5
Download and read the Pod Pilot’s Handbook. Here's a link: Line 6 Manuals You'll need to connect the USB cable to your computer and configure your recording software to use the PodXt as an input. unna
You will also need some program to record what you play. Depending on how far you want to go (in terms of sophistication), that may be as simple as a recording program, or as complex as a full digital audio workstation. If you have no other starting point I would suggest you to try a simple recording program before jumping to something more elaborated. I don't use windows, but I know that Audacity works in windows, so you might want to explore that. Good luck!
