KeefM
Saw another thread like this. Same issue. Update borked, pod go now bricked only getting a blank bean image (no text) when I switch it on. Pod go edit just says no device connected - also periodically drops the connection when it is working (and runs so slow is unusable on my mac) Can't install Line 6 updater as I get an error saying the developer needs to update it. Can't even factory reset it
KeefM
Update: I've now tried updating via Line 6 updater on a windows computer and using a different USB cable No matter what version I try to update it errors and the Pod Go remains bricked
silverhead
Have you downloaded and installed the Pod Go Edit package? That’s the first step. After that, run Pod Go Edit with your Pod Go connected. Sign in to your Line 6 account within Pod Go Edit. If your device firmware needs to be updated follow the prompts to do so. voxman55
There are 3 reset options on Pod Go. I'm assuming you've tried C&D. Have you tried PAGE>? Also, assuming you have a full back-up, have you tried A&B and then reloading back-up? Here are the common button combinations for POD Go when attempting a factory reset or troubleshooting. To perform any of these, start with the POD Go turned off, then flip on the power switch while holding down the buttons below for 5-8 seconds. It's helpful to have your presets backed up or saved to your PC or Mac computer, before performing a factory reset. C & D - Factory Restore (Restores all factory settings) A & B - Clears Everything (Clears all presets, factory settings will not load) PAGE > - Update mode (helpful for any interrupted or failed updates) If your POD Go is booting up in Demo Mode (shown on display screen during power up), see below to resume normal mode: Hold down Bank/Preset Down and "D" footswitches during power up

Thats a bummer. In which case you need to raise a ticket with Line 6 support if you havent already done so.
