Hi, i am a very new user of the hx stomp and kinda unfamiliar with everything however ive been having a super odd issue.

My main use with the Stomp is to use it as a interface into logic. But as soon as logic opens up it completely bugs up all my pedal boards that are made. It'll delete some, completely rearrange them.

Super super odd. the only way i can stop this is go into logics preferences and "reset midi" then it stops buggering. but by the time i do that its already messed up my pedal boards. Due to this i usually recreate my pedal board around 5 times a day which gets really annoying. Logic is updated. If someone can help at all would be amazing.

Hi,

First thing to check is that your HX Stomp has the option to receive MIDI commands turned off, if you don’t need them.

Find the Global Settings > MIDI/Tempo > page 3 > MIDI PC Rx > OFF

In fact if you are using the USB to get audio into Logic turn off the USB MIDI option.

See the manual for Logic Pro for control of external equipment via MIDI. Turn off anything not required.

Hope this helps/makes sense.
