HX Edit and Marketplace

Hi all. I updated my Helix and HX-Edit to the most recent versions. The new amps and effects are in my Helix, but when I tried to upload some presets and IRs that I purchased from the Marketplace, I am being told that I don't have a license for them. When in HX-Edit, I am logged in and the button is green. When I try to import anything, it goes red and gives me an error. A few seconds later it goes green again. This is pretty frustrating. Any ideas? Thanks.

I am able to import Marketplace assets that I purchased some time ago. Haven't tried making a new purchase.

Of course, you need to be logged in to your Line 6 account within HX Edit in order for your asset authorization to be recognized.

I am logged into HX-Edit on my registered computer - green dot active. I even bought something after the update just to see if it will work and I am still getting a license error. This is kind of a drag because I bought a lot of L6 IR's and all of them are in limbo.

I suggest you open a support ticket. I suspect there’s something in your environment or account. It doesn’t seem to be a general problem.

Thanks. I did open one the other morning. I think it is a bit more of a widespread issue as there are comments on SevenString and TGP from people experiencing the same thing. Someone said it might be a server issue, but I don't know anything about that.
