When I turn on, power up my unit, it automatically loads Preset 32D SFX:Ufology. Is there a way I can change the inital prest to something else when powering up my Helix Floor unit? phil_m Posted February 22, 2022 Share Posted February 22, 2022 Hmmm… It should load to the preset that was active when you powered it off. When/if you updated the firmware, did you do the factory reset and restore from backup?
